Getting Here

Our Manchester office is a red brick building located in downtown Manchester on he corner of Market and Canal. Check in with the receptionist at the front desk.

Public Transportation

You can get to our office from downtown on the Keene City Express. For timetables and fares, please consult the City Express website.

From the South:
Take I 93 North to 293 North (goes through Manchester). Take Exit #5 and turn right of the exit ramp. Go through one set of lights and at the second light, turn left onto Canal St. Go through two sets of lights and turn right on Market Street. Families in Transition is located on the corner of Canal and Market Street. There is a small playground on the lower side of the building. Note: Please use the parking meters on Market Street. Clients and visitors cannot use the parking spaces located on the back side of the building.

Driving from the North:
Take I 93 South. After toll, take 293 South (goes through Manchester). Take Exit #6. Turn left off the exit to Eddy Rd which becomes McGregor St and you will bear left. At the first light, turn left to W. Bridge Street. Go over the Bridge. At the end of the Bridge turn right onto Elm St. ŽStay on Elm and turn right onto Merrimack Street. Turn right on Canal and then a right on Market Street. The FIT building is located at the end of Market Street (corner of Market and Canal St).

Driving from the East:
Take 101 West. Connect with 93 North. Exit #8. Take right of the ramp and keep going straight on Bridge street through five lights to Elm St. Turn left onto Elm and turn right on Merrimack St. Turn right on Canal and then a right on Market. The FIT building is located at the end of Market St.

Driving from the West:
Take 101 East. Connect with 293 North. Exit #5. Follow the same directions from the SOUTH.
